24/7 Recovery Arrangements

During opening hours, you can call us on 01636 550852 to arrange for your vehicle to be dropped off.

Out of hours, please call and leave a voicemail on 01636 550852 or email with the details we need as listed below.

You can arrange for the vehicle to be dropped off to us anytime of the day or night, providing we will be able to move it and we can drive or push the vehicle into the yard.  Please do not block the driveway if the vehicle will not be able to be moved.  For vehicles which cannot be moved, please arrange a daytime delivery.

What we need to know to help you

  • Let us know your first name and surname.  Your mobile phone number and email address. Also, your Vehicle registration number, make and model. 

  • Let us know why the vehicle is being recovered to us and who by.

  • We will need to be able to speak to you before we carry out any work to advise you of what we need to look at and gain authorisation.

Warranty Repairs

We are happy to work on vehicles which are under a warranty.  The various warranty companies all have different levels of cover, inclusions, exclusions and Terms & Conditions.  We will be able to advise you on the process for your repair.  Please have your warranty documents available for us to be able to complete the administration.
