24/7 Recovery Arrangements
During opening hours, you can call us on 01636 550852 to arrange for your vehicle to be dropped off.
You can arrange for the vehicle to be dropped off to us anytime of the day or night, providing we will be able to move it and we can drive or push the vehicle into the yard. Please do not block the driveway if the vehicle will not be able to be moved. For vehicles which cannot be moved, please arrange a daytime delivery.
You can leave the vehicle on the driveway and use the secure key box on the gate to drop off your keys.

Let us know why the vehicle is being recovered to us and who by.
We will need to be able to speak to you before we carry out any work to advise you of what we need to look at and gain authorisation.

We are near the junction of Brunel Drive and Northern Road, with Newark MOT Centre on the corner. We are down the driveway between Newark MOT Centre and Harrisons Commercial Vehicle Sales. You will see a sign for Newark Self Storage at the bottom of our driveway, then our sign and a bright orange flag too.

We are happy to work on vehicles which are under a warranty. The various warranty companies all have different levels of cover, inclusions, exclusions and Terms & Conditions. We will be able to advise you on the process for your repair. Please have your warranty documents available for us to be able to complete the administration.
