We have compiled some helpful information to make your visit as easy and stress-free as possible!

From Brunel Drive turn onto Telford Drive (opposite Screwfix). The road bears to the right and you'll see us on the right, next to Motor Parts Direct.

At drop off
Opening time
We open at 08:30 and it is helpful if you can schedule your arrival for this time. If you need to drop off a little earlier or later, please call us to make alternative arrangements.
Locking Wheel Nut Key
We ask you to leave this on the passenger seat if you have alloy wheels so that we can remove the wheels if required.

Fuel Level
Please ensure you have sufficient fuel for us to road test the vehicle. The vast majority of repairs require a short road test, but others require more extended road tests.
MOTs
We currently outsource our MOTs to Newark Council (subject to their availability and we reserve the right to change to an alternative testing station) - This provides our customers with an independent, unbiased test managed by us.
Booking times are not fixed - please plan to drop off at 08:30 and leave the vehicle with us for the day. If you have requirements for alternative times, please let us know and we will try to accomodate your needs.

You will have 10 working days for a retest if required, this is free if the work is carried out by us - charges may apply if the vehicle is repaired elsewhere. If your vehicle fails, although we will prioritise your repairs, we cannot guarantee to fix and retest on the same day - it will depend on what is required and parts availability and how much time is required.​

Communication
Whilst we have your vehicle, we may need to contact you and keep you updated. This may be by phone, email or text message.

If English isn’t your first language and you need help, please ask us to use Google Translate so that we can talk and translate documents for you.
Completion & Collection
Payment
Card - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay & Android Pay
Online - We may send you a secure card payment link by text or email
0% Finance - Ask us how you can apply for Payment Assist (this service is subject to acceptance)
We do not accept cash payments
ALL WORK MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT POINT OF COMPLETION & COLLECTION

We are open until 17:30, Monday to Friday
Please ask us if we can try to help you with out of hours collection arrangements if necessary
