What type of Audi service do I need?
All cars have a service schedule and most now have a service indicator light to let you know when it is due. Some cars still have a service book, but the latest cars have an online service record.

Who can service my Audi if it is still in manufacturer's warranty?

Is it best to get my service done at the same time as my MOT?
It's entirely up to you. Some people prefer to have their service and MOT together to save time, but others prefer to have the service and MOT separately so that their cars have at least two good checks a year. We'll send you a free reminder text and email when your annual service and MOTs are due.
What happens during a service?
Our technicians use tablets in the workshop to complete a comprehensive checklist on both full and interim services so that we can email you a copy of the report.
If we identify any additional work needed during your service, we will contact you to discuss this. The price you agree with us prior to the service will be the price you pay unless you choose to have additional work completed on the day.
Once we have completed our safety checks, unless we need to discuss anything with you, we will proceed with the service you have booked. and we can keep you up to date on progress by phone or text message.
To finish off, we'll even give your Audi a complimentary service wash!

What do I need to do before I take my car for service?
Let us know of any concerns you have - from a niggling noise to an intermittent fault, we want your car to be in tip top condition and will be happy to look at any concerns you may have
Make sure we have your up to date telephone number and email address
Leave the service book and locking wheel nut key on the passenger seat (if your car has them)
Make sure you take everything out of the car that you may need while your car is with us
Tell us your schedule - if you need it back for the school run, or your a nurse on nights who'd rather be updated at a specific time, just let us know! Remember we can offer free collection and delivery within 5 miles of our garage in Newark, if you prefer
