Service Plans - Frequently Asked Questions

"Will a service with you affect my manufacturer's warranty?"
No - we use the correct quality parts and fluids, follow the manufacturer's schedule and procedures to provide the service you need.  PW Auto Repairs are able to register digital service records with all of the major brands and we're VAT registered.

"What's the benefit of a Service Plan?"
A Service Plan with PW Auto Repairs offers value for money and the ability to budget for your vehicle maintenance, as well as benefits such as discounts, free puncture repairs, free screen was top-ups all year round and priority booking.

"What if I change my car?"
No problem - If you wish, we can transfer the service plan to your new vehicle (although your payments may change).  You can cancel the plan and receive a refund. 

"What if I want to cancel?"
You can cancel at anytime and we can refund you.

"Can I use a Service Plan for other repairs?"
Yes - You can use the Service Plans for other anticipated repairs such as transmission services, timing belts, wet-belts, tyres and more.

"How long is a Service Plan for?"
We can set up Service Plans from 6-36 months.
 
"Can I change the payment date?"
Yes, you can set the date to be any date between 1st and 28th of the month to suit your needs.
 
"When can I start using the benefits of my Service Plan?"
Immediately.
 
"What happens when the Service Plan ends?"
Once the final payment has gone out, the Service Plan stops - it is your choice if you wish to take out another plan.  It does not auto-renew.
