Can you service my new car if it is still in manufacturer's warranty?​
Your manufacturer’s warranty remains valid when you service with us - we use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or genuine parts and follow the correct service schedule. Servicing locally in Newark saves you from dealership trips to Nottingham or Lincoln, all at a fair price.
What happens during your service?​
Our technicians complete a comprehensive digital checklist during services so that we can email you a copy of the report.

If we identify any additional work needed during your service, we will contact you to discuss this. The price you agree with us prior to the service will be the price you pay unless you choose to have additional work completed on the day.
​
Once we have completed our safety checks, unless we need to discuss anything with you, we will proceed with the service you have booked. and we can keep you up to date on progress by phone or text message.

To finish off, we'll even give your car a complimentary service wash!

What service does my car need?
​
Every vehicle has a service schedule and often a service light will tell you when your service is due.
We tailor a service to your car's requirements, letting you know what is due and when. We're happy to help you find out what kind of service your car needs.

Once we have serviced your vehicle, we will be able to send you a reminder to let you know when your next service is due.​
Is it best to get my car service done at the same time as my MOT?
​
Some people prefer to have their service and MOT together to save time, but others prefer to have the service and MOT separately so that their cars have at least two good checks a year.
​
An MOT does not check all of the same items as a car service or to the same standard.
We'll send you a free reminder text and email when your annual service and MOTs are due.

What do I need to do before I take my car for service?

Let us know about any concerns - noises, warning lights, anything different.

Tell us how and when you’d like updates (call, text, email).

Bring your service book and wheel nut key (if applicable), and let us know any time constraints (e.g. school run).
