Which service does my VW need?
​
All cars have a service schedule and most now have a service indicator light to let you know when it is due. Some cars still have a service book, but some newer cars have an online service record.
We usually recommend alternating a full service with an interim service if you drive less than 12,000 miles a year. We tailor a service to your requirements, letting you know what is due and when. We're happy to help you decide what kind of service your VW needs.
Who can service my Volkswagen if it is still in manufacturer's warranty?

We can! We'll provide genuine VW or original manufacturer's specification parts, following your Mercedes service schedule to ensure your warranty is maintained. For more information, check out our blog here
Is it best to get my service done at the same time as my MOT?
​
It's entirely up to you. Some people prefer to have their service and MOT together to save time, but others prefer to have the service and MOT separately so that their cars have at least two good checks a year. We'll send you a free reminder text and email when your annual service and MOTs are due.
What can I expect from a service?
​
Our technicians have a digital workshop and complete a thorough safety checklist on both full and interim services so that we can email you a copy of the report.
​
If we report on any further work or parts required during our safety checks, we'll call you to discuss this. The price you are given for your service will be the price you pay unless you choose to have additional work completed at the time.
We'll keep you updated on progress by phone, email or text message.
​
When you collect your car, we will have even given it a complimentary service wash!
