Getting used to the new normal - update Monday 6th April 2020
Life has changed beyond recognition for us all in the space of just a few weeks and we are all learning to adapt to a new normal.
We can learn from this experience and take the positives in how we work together better as a community and embrace new ways.
We are currently open to appointments for essential/emergency repairs for Key Workers and those customers needing a vehicle on the road to carry out essential travel such as shopping, collecting prescriptions or to look after vulnerable people.
We are taking every safety precaution to ensure we keep customers and staff safe. We take our responsibility to offer an essential service seriously and will continue to do so in a responsible manner.
We are continually working to improve our services:

Here is what we are currently doing to keep our customers and staff as safe as we possibly can:
✅ Reception is now closed to comply with social distancing measures. You can hand your keys over at the Workshop Door to be sanitised
✅ All technicians must wear gloves at all times when entering the workshop and a fresh pair of gloves will be used for every new vehicle they work on
✅ Everyone must also wash their hands between each vehicle worked on and before entering the workshop control, reception or canteen areas
✅ All managers and Service Advisors must wear fresh gloves every time they enter the workshop area and each time they enter a customer’s vehicle. Hand washing is essential after each situation
✅ All counter surfaces, door handles and other commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned & disinfected on a regular basis
✅ Payment can be made remotely via online banking, card payment over the phone or PayPal. If the card machine needs to be used, it will be cleaned & disinfected after every use
